Unsolicited Endorsements No. 4 – November 14, 2021

Six words written. Dusty edits, posts.

That was…

Okay, you understand flash fiction takes skill?
You betcha!
You tried it?
What’s your word goal?
A thou?
Five hundred?
C-note?
Half-dollar?
Two bits?

How about six words?  Call it Micro Flash.

Hemingway did it.

When not reviewing and explaining famous works or biographing notables, this poet regularly flashes fiction under a dime – six words.  Check him out.  Stick around, afterward.  When he isn’t micro-flashing, he’ll teach you something.

Whew.  Just turned the page in the draft bucket.  I thought I was done.  I’m not!

    1. Unh, on occasion it can be tough to follow. I consider anything under 3,000 words flash. Some consider that a novel. Hardly toe-may-toe, toe-mah-toe (or down south ‘mater) it’s wide open. Thanks for estoping by. And good evening to you, sir.
